I've been dealing with this myself, and have submitted it to Adobe for a (hopeful) bug fix. It's the Intel Mac chip. If you print from any Mac with CS2, it works fine. If you print from CS3 a non-Intel Mac, it prints fine. But print from CS3 on an Intel Mac, and it's a problem. Hopefully, your shop has a few older machines that you can use to print only a few pages when you have corrections. Best of luck.
