I feel your pain! We have the same problem with screens and the best advice I can give is find a CMYK equivalent and print that so you get less evident rough edges. They idea is to get CMYK running across the whole page where there is color. That way you never get halos (usually magenta are the worst) and it hides the rough screen. Also, don't use thin fonts. Trebuchet should be fine, but adding a 0.01 stroke in the font color could help some too. Pantone Spots or straight CMYK won't matter, it's just the way the IGEN is. good luck, Bob - Read More at This Link..
