Hmm, I feel your pain, had same issue on my HP Indigo Clicks. Only solution we found was to go ahead to pdf, use PitStop to convert the black only page, then go. There are so many docs that are SUPPOSED to black only but contain RGB black, thus will go 4cp. It's because of that why i decided to simplyt use Pitstop and check/convert every black page to be sure it's all done. If crops are in the PDF, bam, they are now black only too.
